What a drive.
So, after kicking Alan and Bryon's ass in AoE, I finally decided to leave school and head home. I don't think Mother Nature wanted me to leave, for it was raining and I hate driving in the rain. I shoulda paid attention to the signs, but no, I decided to leave anyway. Finally making it to I-83 (the 'Capitol Beltway') I noticed a flasing sign "Interstate 83 closed between exits 40 and 39A. No matter, I can go 15 and still get home in 2 hours. Yeah, right. It ended up taking me, get this, 3 hours to get home. Why? Because of a 1 mile stretch in Dillsburg. Right there, 15 is a two lane divided highway, with signals. This makes for a lot sitting and waiting. I think it took me that extra hour to go the mile through Dillsburg. Awesome. And, I come to find out that a propane tanker overturned in York County. Nothing spilled and there was no enviromental damage becaue of the accident, but it sure screwed up traffic. And I come to find out it happened at 8:30 in the morning. What took so long? That is what I want to know. It took them almost 12 hours to reopen the last bit of lanes for I-83. Makes you think, doesn't it?
