Wait, Is It That Time Again?
So I keep getting emails, emails about practice. And that can only mean one thing. Softball season is upon us once again. What started out as a 'help, we need a player' for one game two years in a row, to actually becoming a real player on the team, to becoming co-mvp last year. Not really sure who the other MVP was, but then again I wasn't told I was one of the MVPs until just recently, so who knows.
But softball season is upon us, which means I'll be playing a sport again. Which is awesome cause I don't like to actually work out (and I'm pretty sure it shows). Last year I only played on one team, and then another towards the end of the year. This year, however, I'll be playing on two teams, one in southern Carroll County and one in Southern PA. The PA team has a tourney this weekend that I shall be attending, until I have to go to work, that is. (I think my boss is punishing me for going to SC as I have to close, as shift manager, Friday and Saturday night. What a bummer. Especially Saturday. And there's no possibilty for a milkshake. Major bummer and a half.) But this tournament shall be fun, as it will show me how much I really should have done something this year, besides sit around and do nothing.
